Can I cancel my order?
Of course, you can cancel your order if you change your mind – you just need to let us know before we dispatch the order.
Once orders have been shipped, we cannot cancel them unfortunately.
I have received an incorrect item, what can I do?
We as so sorry – there may have been a mix up when we were packing up your order.
Please email us with your order number and send us a picture of the item(s) you have received including tags.
Please let us know which item you were missing so we can locate it.
How do I know my size?
Each item includes a detailed description along with sizing.

(There are no holds on items inquiries are made on.)
The amount I was refunded does not match the order total?
We can only refund the cost of the items we have received and are eligible for refund.
We do not provide refunds for shipping fee.
Can I end/pause my subscription?
Yes, you would need to notify us 15 days before your monthly fee is charged.
(Charges are taken on the 10 of the month.)
