Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase.

We are open Tuesday-Sunday and ship on Tuesday-Saturday only.

Shipping options and costs calculated at checkout.

Repeat does not ship internationally.

Restocking Fees

To keep prices moderate, certain items may be subject to restocking fees in addition to any applicable return shipping fees. If an item is subject to restocking fee, we will clearly display the restocking fee in the item details section as well as in the returns process.

Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we encourage you to send us an email with any questions or needed information before purchasing.

If an item arrives and does not match our description or does not fit, we will accept a return. The buyer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their purchase. You must reference your order number and name – so we can process the return.

Returns will receive online store credit.

**All returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery of an item.**

Please note that the 14-day time frame starts when an item is delivered, not when an order is placed. The original shipping charge is not refunded when returning items.

To return:

Items may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date
Returned items must have tags attached.
Online store credit will be issued once the return is received and processed.
Returned items will be exchanged for online store credit excluding the initial shipping cost and the cost of the return label
Handbags, accessories, and final sale items are non-returnable (inquiry permitted before purchase)
A maximum of 3 returns, per shipping address, permitted within three months.

Please note that we will only offer credit for items if they are returned to REPEAT on a timely basis and are in the same condition in which you received them. If you do not meet these requirements, your returned item will be forfeited.

Handbags, accessories, and final sale items are non-returnable. If you have questions regarding a handbag, accessory or final sale item please email thriftnrepeat@gmail.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. We will not refund items that have become broken or damaged after purchase.

If your item(s) have clearly been used, returned in a poorer state than they were sent out or returned after 14 days from delivery – we reserve the right to not process the refund.
